Both Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Olsen are outstanding surgeons, and the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants on staff are exceptional and top-of-the-line. The entire staff is helpful, kind, and efficient. Western Vascular Institute makes sure that patients have a smooth experience from start to finish, with easy scheduling for new patients, offering in-office vascular testing, easy-to-understand tailored surgical preparation and instructions, and even the surgery itself is smooth and seamless, also the best part is no waiting for weeks or months to get in for your follow-up visits. I am grateful for finding this remarkable medical practice and all of the amazing surgeons and staff who make it all possible!

This practice is a 10! Dr. Tarlian was great ordered tests which were performed quickly in his office and in 48 hours I knew the next steps to manage my condition. I've visited this clinic several times over the past 2-3 months, undergoing a total of 4-5 surgeries because of the Varicose Veins condition I have on my left leg. I want to express my genuine satisfaction with Dr. Vranic, my surgeon. He's not only incredibly professional and exceptionally knowledgeable but also an easy-going person. It appears that the other surgeons at the clinic have similar qualities based on the experiences of others. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic if you're in need of a skilled vascular surgeon.

Ultrasound of my legs took them in between 5 to 7 minutes at the most. I got only one vein treated and the other 6 were left just because they didn't have time for me. I was walking and passing out for almost a year before I found the different doctors. The radio frequency I got in this clinic didn't work. It's very painful and what they say in their paperwork it's not true. I felt all the pain during the procedure and the healing time was at least 3 months not what they promised. My heart is damaged now because I was walking with my veins left untreated. I will not want to see these people again.

I developed blood clots, which is a very scary thing. Dr. Vranic, Dr. Calarese, and their PAs have been wonderful! They have taken the time to listen to and empathize with my concerns and address them. They clearly explain the test results to me and help me understand my condition, what is going on, and how to best manage it. My recovery has been great because of their care. Everyone there is so friendly, kind, patient, caring, and professional. I would recommend Western Vascular to anyone!
