Karyn is a physician assistant specializing in vascular surgery and wound care. She graduated from the Albany Medical College or Union University and has been practicing vascular medicine for over 38 years. Karyn has been with Western Vascular Institute for a little over a year and has been a joy to work with.

Jennifer L. Culbert, FNP-C

From an early age, Jennifer was drawn to the intricate world of healthcare, but it was during her time as a critical care nurse that she discovered a passion for vascular health. Witnessing the profound impact that dedicated care could have on patients with severe vascular disease she was motivated to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner.

As a graduate of Grand Canyon University. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Nursing and has built a career focusing on both preventative care and complex vascular disease management at Western Vascular Institute.

Today, as a vascular nurse practitioner, Jennifer Culbert MSN, FNP-C, specializes in delivering holistic, evidence-based care for a wide range of arterial and venous conditions. With extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Jennifer works closely with our vascular surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to provide expert care. Jennifer is dedicated to empowering patients through education and developing individualized treatment plans to improve their long-term vascular health.

Hayley Chamberlain, NP-BC

Hayley Chamberlain, NP, brings nearly five years of dedicated experience as a Registered Nurse with our practice to her new role as a Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her time with us, Hayley has built strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike through her compassionate care, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient wellness.

Her transition into the Nurse Practitioner role reflects her continued passion for providing high-quality, personalized care. Hayley is especially focused on empowering patients through education and vascular health management.
